Yellow bee Nursery is created to fire the imagination of children from a young age. The goal was to create fun and rewarding learning experiences that would last children the rest of their learning lives.

Yellow Bee Nursery is one of an Internationally-based group of nurseries that specialises in empowering Children via delivering specialised educational and care services to foster their success.

Director and Nursery Principal Ms. Rebecca N is graduated in Childcare and has obtained  Early Years Practioner degree from London UK .She has worked within child care for over 12 years in UK and 5 years in UAE, using that experience she has managed to put together a second to none team of highly skilled, focused and dedicated child care staff.

 

Our approach includes developing world-class facilities in the UAE as well as customized curriculum to educate students in all sensory facets. All facilities will educate to very high academic standards in both a traditional education sense as well as in personal living and responsibility.

We have over 20 years of childcare and education experience. We now own nurseries in the UK alongside the one in Sharjah.

Our vision is  that learning should foster intrigue and interest during the critical phase of a child's life. Above all, to create a caring atmosphere where children feel liberated and inspired to learn and make friends .By nurturing them as individuals, we enhance their exclusive talents and raise their confidence and interest in the process of learning.

 

Here at Yellow Bees, we believe children develop and progress best in an environment in which they feel cared for and secure much like a caring ‘home from home’ environment. For that reason, we are ensuring we keep that homely feel. We also feel it is important that each room layout will encourage children’s natural in-built curiosity and desire to explore.

SPECIAL EDUCATION

​

We will work our hardest to be as fully inclusive as possible and expect all staff to be committed to our inclusive practice policy. We endeavour to make every effort to fully enable all children to participate in each part of the day and every activity. To meet the needs of individual children and to ensure that every child is given the opportunity to learn through a way that is interesting and most appropriate to them. The nursery has a Special educational Needs and Inclusion Policy along with an appointed Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO). The SENCOs role is to support you and your child. In some cases, the SENCO will meet with parents/carers, and may write an Individual Education Plan to ensure individual needs are met.

 

BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT

We have a Behaviour Management Policy in place and a named Behaviour Co-ordinator (BECO). Their role is to support staff and parents who have any concerns about a child’s behaviour. This member of staff will continue to receive training that is appropriate to their needs and keeps them updated on current practice, this training is then cascaded to the rest of our staff team. The behaviour strategies implemented here at Yellow Bees are those of KHADA’s framework for intervention.

This framework looks at the environment for triggers effecting behaviours. The behaviour is monitored and recorded using the relevant paperwork.
